Like with food products. Ingredients and how products are made, are also important for soap, lotions, oils, and other skin products. So as it is for internal, so also for external.
So when purchasing products that you put on your skin, soap being a very important part of that. Please look at the ingredients as well.
In most cases, not all, but most. The products that fill the shelves are the most commercialized. In most cases, they are also the most chemicalized products.
Again, this is not all the products, but most (I’m going to write on that a little bit in the next blog/article, Lord willing).
So when choosing soaps, lotions, shampoos, other products for the skin and hair. Do your research, and please read the ingredients.
I find some of the best or most natural products in independent stores, independent health food stores, chain health food stores, some of the big chain grocery stores (Sometimes they’re limited), and online.

You want to look for lotions in the same way.
I’m just going to share one lotion.

There are a lot more natural products with good ingredients.
Just not as much as the strongly commercialized products. But enough to where you can make some good choices for your skin and body.
Also, don’t forget to check for locally made products. Locally made products are also usually pretty natural for the most part.
If you didn’t see the article on food ingredients. Here is that article as well
