In the last blog, I mentioned i would share ,”Where I get my books.”
Like most people, I’ve gotten a few books from the internet or directly from the writers’ website.
But my “Go-to” places for books for the past couple of years have been 3 places
- “5-Below”
A bunch of informative, inexpensive books.
They may not be from well-known books, but they’re good nonetheless
(There are actually more books when you go to the store then online)

- “Ollie’s Bargain Outlet”
Ollie’s has both well-known books and unknown books for great prices

A lot of libraries have used books for sale for under $5.00
(Check your local library)
Though I haven’t been in a while. I used to go to discount book stores.
They are another great resource for books.
Of course, the internet has a lot of free ebooks and PDF’s for free.
Sometimes, the writers/authors of books sell their books for cheap or free online. They will do so with a digital version of their books in most cases, but sometimes a hardcopy

Another example-
Dr. Mark Hyman

It is my hope that you take advantage of these resources for your health journey.
