For Churches, Health clubs, Gyms & Rec Centers

For churches, health clubs, gyms, and Rec Centers.

You may say “Why churches or places of worship?”. Because no matter what you believe in. A person still should strive for ultimate health.

It is said the body is a temple. Well, part of keeping a temple strong is through spirit, mind, and body measures. Maybe more on that in a future article.

Since most of this blog/website is geared toward health, http://www.ironbywood.com can also be a resource for your church, health clubs, gym, or rec center (If you deem it appropriate after thorough review)

But at this time, I wanted to share other resources that your establishment may be able to use or have for your members.

There are a few magazines that your establishment may be able to get free.

I have seen these publications in health food stores most of the time. One I seen in an Amish Market, the other at a convenience store called “Wawa”.

So for businesses, entities, and non-profits that I mentioned. Here are some resources for your members and customers

Natural Awakening (Seems to be a fee for the location distributing them, but free for the customer or member, I guess. The location I got the magazine from had it free)

Taste For Life (This is the one I saw most places)

So if you’re a church, health club, gym, or rec center. Maybe this is a resource you would like for your members or customers.

Of course, there is more online information, publications, and resources, then anyone can handle

Though the focus of this article. Was on churches, health clubs, gyms, and rec centers. Providing free or inexpensive resources for their patrons.

These resources can also be used by employers for their employees. Hopefully, helping their employees have fewer sick days and better quality of life in general.

Other organizations that may benefit are pharmacies, college book stores, libraries, employee wellness programs and teachers.

For teachers and businesses with an wellness program. Have the magazines in the front office or in the mailboxes
