There are 3 websites I used to frequent and still look at sometime.
Now there are a lot of websites out there, I’ve seen a lot of them. Yet I’m sure I still have not scratched the surface of all the great content out there. These are just a few I have enjoyed.
So without further delay, here they are.
Tom Nikkola’s website (His wife has a great website as well, http://www.healthylivinghowto.com). His website deals with health, nutrition, exercise and life. So a lot to enjoy: www.tomnikkola.com
The next website is Dr. Stephen Cabral. He was a personal trainer (Liked his websites when he was a Certified Personal Trainer as well) who became a Naturopathic Doctor (ND). I have enjoyed some of his podcast: https://stephencabral.com/podcasts/
Lastly an education or certification website that also has information for the general public. The website is called, Precision Nutrition. I not only love there information, but there infographics as well: https://www.precisionnutrition.com/blog/infographics
Two websites I would like to look into more in the future are Ben Greenfield and his Kion website and Paul Chek and the Chek Institute website (Well, Paul’s I’ve looked into off and on through out the years. So maybe I should have titled this 4 websites).
