Climate/Weather control in our Bodies, Part 1

What is the climate or weather like in your body?

What do I mean?

I mean with all storms that can be going on in our body. How can we have climate control in our bodies or how can we prepare our bodies for bad storms?

We have things like oxidative stress, inflammation, high acidity, high toxicity, allergic reactions and others. That can make life pretty miserable, miserable in the future, or both.

So, how do we keep these negative factors down and prevent them from bringing storms (illness, sickness, and diseases) in our bodies, one of them being a cytocine storm?

How do we make our bodies strong and resilient enough to withstand these storms while at the same time enabling us to recover to 100 percent?

In a nutshell, food, sleep, movement with purpose, decreasing stress and rest/sleep.

But to break all this down. In part 2, we will have an expert explain some of this.

Since this is so deep, it may need a 3rd part, but we’ll see.
