Circling Back

So, I’m circling back from some info I gave on various other blog articles.

This is just info from personal certification websites that the general public doesn’t realize they can use.

So, I just wanted to share a few personal training certification sites and one certification site, that I think the public will love.

Now, most personal training certification websites have nutrition certifications as well.

But again, this is not trying to get you to become a personal trainer.

This is just letting you know about other health resources available to you out there on the web.

This companies personal training certification is not bad.

Though I’m not personal training at the time, I have this personal training certification myself. But their nutrition certification is even better
www.fitour.com

They have a free foam rolling certification. Foam rolling is great to do after your workout, after work, before sleep, and before stretching

Three certification sites that have great info in general are

A few others

Then, among the millions of non-certification websites one could go to. The top three I usually suggest are these

www.levelshealth.com (Though i like Levels Health, the articles are usually too long for me sometimes 😆)

www.experiencelife.com

www.ovadiahearthealth.com

Lastly, the past few months. I have been blessed to listen to a few great podcasts.

They have had some great guest, topics or both

Dr. Mark Hyman, MD

Dr. Layne Norton, PhD

Ben Azadi

I did here one by Dr. Peter Attia, MD

Though I haven’t listened to this next podcast in a while. It is still one of my favorites, and that is Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, MD podcast.

In short stories or clips. I have enjoyed Paul Chek

Take a look at the websites and podcast for yourself.

As always, go over any material with your healthcare practitioner. Discussions with your healthcare practitioner can be very fruitful to your health and empowering.
