A thought came to me or questions for us to ask ourselves.
These are questions only you know the answer to for yourself.
- How important is nutrition to you?
2. How important is exercise to you or a form of regular physical activity, with the intent of vitality and longevity?
3. How important is your health to you?
Answers to your questions can help you start your health journey, stay with your health journey, or improve upon it.
Here are some resources that may be able to give you some insight and questions to ask your healthcare provider.
The first resources are a book from Dr. Stephen Cabral, ND. For a period, the book was free. Check the website to see if it still is. I already got mine.

I do have a bonus question for us. If the answers to those 3 questions, mean something to us. What are we going to do about it or what are we doing about it?
If the questions don’t mean anything to us at all, we can keep our lives the same.
