Lifestyle Tips
Everyone is different, so what’s good for some will not be good for all.
This is just some general info that may be beneficial.
As always check with your doctor and Registered Dietician to find what’s best for you.
Optimal health for a lifetime, as much as possible. Allows us to live are best life as much as possible. Even when things are tough, or we get sick. It helps us endure and get through a little bit better.

Some type of movement. Be it exercise (Resistant/strength training), Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, swimming, walking, consistent work around the house, gardening. Consistent movement is important.

Being part of something positive, having a support group, having someone to talk to call on. Keeping in touch with family, friends, coworkers.
Spiritual-
Having a belief system. Even if it’s nothing but meditation or moments of quiet time. All this is very important.
Sleep-
I think I called “Sleep”, a natural steroid in the link below. It’s that rejuvenating and important to our bodies. For longevity, our immune system, mental health, and overall health
I’m not going to deep into it. But if you want to learn more, speak with you doctor and these 2 books can be of some help.
One of my favorite books is, “Live Intentionally Well”, by Jerry Frentsos. It was a “Longevity” book before it became a trend. He gives great science and info on sleep.

Another book I enjoyed with good info on “Sleep”, is “The 3 Pillars of Vigor”, by Tom Nikkola. He breaks down some of the same science, with the emphasis that sleep should not be negotiable. In other words, it’s non-negotiable to get a proper amount of sleep.
Tom also has a great newsletter. He has 2. One deals with world events. The other with healthy lifestyle science and thoughts.
I get the one for healthy lifestyle info.
