Everybody is an Expert and the Experts…..

Everybody is an expert, and the experts think they’re God.

One thing I have noticed is when COVID hit. People have gotten a stronger urge to learn more about health (Understandibly so).In so doing, many people wrote books on it, which leads to more people reading about health.Because of this, peoples knowledge of health principles and theories increased. Which meant people may obviously begin to implement what they have learned. That was the good side of it.

The downside of it. Is that no one size/diet, fits, or works for all. But to the individual reading, they think that whatever book they read is the end all to be all and that they are an expert. Even more so if they have had a measure of success or met their goals.

Again, it’s not one size/diet that fits them all or one diet works for all. Different styles of eating will work for each person or a mixture. Sometimes you will have one style of eating work for many. But again, it will not work for everyone. People never take the time to read a variety of info for their own knowledge sake. They just take what works for them, and they run with it. Thinking or acting like they are an expert.

Then, you have the experts who think they are God.They are MD’s, DC’s, ND’s, PhDs, and other highly educated people. So, yes, they are educated, but it doesn’t mean they know everything. It is my hope that the average person doesn’t go by just one book and a measure of success, thinking they are experts. I hope they keep reading, keep striving, and keep learning. For those highly educated in the field of health and wellness principles. I hope they keep a humble mind and keep learning as well, despite all the may already know. (I must add this before you go into the next link by Sheila Kealey. I don’t agree with every person she has on her list. What an article like this does do, is have you question and research everything. That is a very good thing. It forces us not to be babies and just have someone feed us. It teaches us how to get and eat food for ourselves. In this case, the food is getting the most accurate information as much as possible)
