This info is stemming from a co-worker asking me a few questions about working out.
In turn, I decided to share with all of you what was sent to him by email.

Now there are 3 websites that I usually suggest to beginners and those new to the Fitness Industry.
Yes, there are many, many websites out there for people to use or that can be suggested. These final 3 links are just ones I have regularly suggested.
Most people like to be spoon fed information or specifics, which is fine. But, as the old saying goes, if you teach somebody how to fish they will eat for a lifetime.
It is for that reason that in most cases I just give these 3 websites. For if a person is serious about starting a workout routine, they will search through these websites (Which is easy to do) and seek the help of a Fitness Professional.
As always before starting any exercise routine, check with your Primary Care Physician or a Healthcare Professional. To ensure it’s safe for you to start a exercise routine.
Seeking the help of a Registered Dietician, as well as getting good sleep, is also helpful. For nutrition and rest are 80 – 90% of your success when it comes down to any fitness goals.
Here are the last 3 links-
*A bonus website is Muscle and Strength. This is one I would like to look into more but haven’t yet. I usually just skim through it but hope to spend more time in it. But feel free to look into it before me.
