(The dish in the title is a dish my wife did that I copied one time. You can use any type of ground meat of your choice, even vegetarian. A non-processed vegetarian ground meat if you can find one or just use a combo of beans and farro. Onions, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, red, yellow and green peppers, tomato sauce, topped with spring lettuce and shredded carrots. I added that.)
