MOTIVATION

So today a thought or realization came to me, concerning health goals.

If one is not motivated. It doesn’t matter how cheap the service or book is, it doesn’t matter how expensive it is, it doesn’t matter if it’s free.

If people or the person is not motivated. They will not put in the work to be healthy, stay healthy or even practice preventive measures to decrease the likelihood of certain diseases. 

If you’re you’re not exercising, practicing sound nutrition or other healthy habits. What will motivate you to start?

Now, here are a few reasons why people may not be motivated

1. Some people don’t know what to do.

2. Some people don’t know where to start.

3. Some people feel or think they know what to do, but are not progressing. They are satisfied with what they are doing, even though they are not progressing.

4. Some people feel or think they know what to do, but are not doing it, which comes back to motivation.

5. Some people don’t care. So before they can even be motivated, they would need to have a reason to care.

#2, #4 and #5 is part of the reason these blog entries were written 

For those who are in the situation of #1 and #2. These 2 blog entries may be helpful 

Sometimes we need to find a reason “Why”, to be motivated. I had a ex-girlfriend who entered a drug rehab program and her reason “Why” was her kids.

Find a reason why you should be healthy and you may find your motivation as well.
