We Have No Excuse

If you’ve been through my website. You will see, it deals mainly with health, nutrition and exercise.

Also, there are 3 things you will realize from a professional point of view or even an educated point of view

  1. Grammer wise, it’s terrible
  2. Proper English mechanics, are also terrible
  3. But information wise, there’s a lot of it. Even more on my “Ironbywood” social media accounts

Now, the information may not be the most accurate, but hopefully, it gets you thinking and searching.

I’m also not a highly educated individual. I’m basically just a high school graduate with a little bit of college

My point is. If I can accumulate this much information. Enough, to learn some basics in health, so can you. We have no excuse.

In my next blog entry, I will share where I get a lot of my books.

But besides books. There’s too much free or inexpensive information out there. Along with plenty of different ways to get it.

So if one wants to know about nutrition and exercise, there are a few easy, inexpensive ways to do it

  1. Free seminars at community centers
  2. Free seminars at hospitals
  3. Free seminars at religious institutions
  4. Free webinars or zooms
  5. YouTube videos
  6. Podcast
  7. Libraries
  8. Book stores. For in big book stores, you can chill and read and not even buy the material sometimes
  9. Grocery store websites
  10. Health food store websites
  11. Websites (government, magazine, gym, health clubs, health practitioners, and more. I mean, there’s so much)
  12. Free downloads, PDF, and ebooks on various websites

When it comes to exercise. Almost every gym has a free orientation, one free session, or one free assessment (This is not an opportunity to get a free program)

Here are some tips for overall health

So again, with all the information and resources out there, we have no excuse. Fortunately and unfortunately.

Fortunately, because the resources and services are there.

But unfortunately, we as humans are not greatly motivated when it comes down to our health, unless it’s something critical or to late.
