Well now I just finished a 3rd book called “The 3 Pillars of Vigor”, by Tom Nikkola

Good book. Very similar to the other 2 books.
Main differences-
- How we can be a stronger people and nation if we’re healthier
- Protein first and the importance of it
- The importance of strength training towards longevity and overall health.
- Lastly, these 3 pillars and what goes along with it are seriously non-negotiable and should be.
What am I reading now you may ask?
I hope to start “FOOD”, by Dr. Mark Hyman.
